Don’t bother with 6 p.m. just go to Zappos. I bought an assortment of sandals and needed to return 5 pair. It costs $34.00 to return them! And the shoes I kept were only $20. Cheaper than if I had just bought on Zappos. No big savings. Just a trip to post office and a big expense to return. Go to Zappos.

Our 2022 Transparency Report has landed
Horribly corrupt-- do not purchase from.
I recently purchased 4 pairs of shoes for #480.00, indicating the correct size on the order but when received, they were all one size too small--Strangely, the shoes are all marked with correct size (9). --I proceeded to call them and their greeting states they're open from 9am to 8pm, seven days a week, but then are told to call back when they are open. --I then went online and attempted to call their live chat agent but as soon as you enter your name receive a message that your session has ended. --I then attempted them at the email listed on website and received no confirmation my message was received and that someone will respond shortly. --So I decided to just send the shoes back just so I can get my money back and the UPS agent said the return label required that I pay the $20.00 postage. This has been a nightmare for me..I'm not rich and now Im out $480.00 by these corrupt greedy ba--tds!. I only took a chance with this company because I saw they were owned by Zappos who in turn was owned by Amazon so I assumed they were legit. I've filed a complaint with Calif. DA....will see what happens....

It's risky to shop here if you don't live in the USA.
I ordered a bag to Ukraine and paid all taxes plus shipping. The bag arrived defective - the logo was sewn upside down. The employee said that the free exchange is only within the United States. Obviously, it is not profitable for me to send it back at my own expense and pay for shipping again. In response, they even stingy to offer a minimal discount on the next purchase as an apology. No customer care. It feels like they have found a way to get rid of defective goods - send them abroad, realizing that no one will return them.

Return Shipping is a Con!!!
I have bought a couple of items from here before and noticed they were delivered by Amazon, this led me to wrongly believe that returns would be easy and free.... I was wrong, I have to pay sky high UPS prices to return an item that doesn't fit. I will take my business elsewhere, not a good way to treat customers!!!!

Consistently Good Experiences
I've become a fan of 6pm for shoe shopping in particular. I've found that they have one of the wider selections of any website, both in terms of style and (very importantly!) sizes, and their prices are frequently among the best for any given style. That alone would keep me coming back, but they've also always been very prompt when it comes to shipping, which I appreciate.

Returning items that don't fit is too…
Returning items that don't fit is too expensive versus going into a store....while 6pm has a great selection it just doesn't do it for me. I understand that 6pm tries to keep costs low regarding selling shoes but I would rather pay a higher price at a store where I can return the shoes for the same amount vs paying return postage especially in this current economy.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Buy at your own risk. It is impossible to know for certain if a shoe will fit when you purchase online. While 6pm offers free shipping TO the home when the customer purchases over a certain amount, the return shipping policy is completely unfair and outrageous. I paid what was nearly the cost of what I paid for one pair of shoes, to return 2 of my ill fitting purchases. I am doing myself a disservice to continue shopping at 6pm. I'm done.

Ordered hard to find Docs and expected…
Ordered hard to find Docs and expected to receive today but when I went to check tracking my online account was locked due to "suspicious" activity! Called and was told they "cannot" (ie. refuse) to process my order because it was paid with "prepaid" ( ie. direct deposit mobile banking) VISA card. What snobs! Additionally they refuse paypal as well. So do not waste your time shopping here unless you are a "normie" with old school banking cards. This site is just plain rude and does not respect consumers' time or effort!

The returns policy
The returns policy, where the Customer is required to pay for return shipping is horrendous! I bought 2 pairs of shoes for $128, the return shipping came to $48!!! Plus, one pair of shoes had clearly been worn, stretched and returned! Never again. Update response to 6pm: you can still provide a return label, and deduct for shipping since commercial rates would be way more reasonable than those at the expense of a customer. I'll patronize other sites that can then.

I bought a pair of sandals for $70 and had to pay $13 (cheapest option at USPS) to return because they didn’t fit. It’s not worth the hassle or discounts. Buy from other places with better customer service and return policies. I am mad at myself because Amazon was selling the same shoes for the same price. Never buying from 6pm again. Horrible horrible return policy.

NEVER AGAIN!!
I was a returning customer and decided to purchase around 10 pairs of shoes for my family. 6pm blocked my account, and said I needed to verify my order or they'd cancel it. I tried calling them and wait over half an hour on the line and the call was disconnected. I called 4 more times and nothing! Terrible customer service. If you don't want people spending over $500 on your website then you're plan is working.

I have only had wonderful experience with exceptional CS
I been having a wonderful experience with 6PM. All items that I have purchased, jeans, shirts, blazer, under garment and sneakers have come as described. The material and workmanship, no complaints. I did have to call CS today but it was a complaint on the delivery person and not 6PM. Nadine had an exceptional CS!!! 10*** if I could. I will definitely continue to shop with 6PM.

I have bought a bag
I have bought a bag, which I already had in another color from the original retailer. The bag that came from 6pm was in a plastic bag, had no tags, no authentification card, It had scratches all over and was dirty inside, clearly someone has been wearing this bag already!! I remembered ordering a sweater long time ago from 6pm too via Amazon and I received a completely different sweater...I am never again buying anything from this company.

Very poor refund service, buyer beware!
I have also spent thousands of dollar at 6pm and Zappos and have been a faithful customer for several years. However, these last few months at 6 pm their return and refund service has been abysmal. I returned a jacket in its pristine, original condition in mid September via UPS and here it is late October and no refund! Plus I had to pay for shipping which was expensive.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I made an order and had to cancel within a few hours. But I have not been able to do so, despite following the instructions given on the website. I've made numerous attempt through emails and live chats, none was successful. No one has even reached out to me. I'm so disappointed. Status on the order still says processing. Please respond, I'm waiting.

I’m really so dissapointed
I’m really so dissapointed! To return 2 boots i bought in 6pm that didnt meet my expectacions costs me on shipping more than 70 dollars!!! This is the last time i buy something there. The total cost of both boots was $150. Update: thanks 6pm for reaching out and helping me to solve this issue, it was really insane what i would have to pay for this shipping. I returned 4 pairs of shoes at once, in one package, printing out and including on the package everything I was supposed to print out and include. Three months later I am still waiting on a refund for two out of 4 pairs. It is not possible to talk to someone in the department that handle such things; they just send you boilerplate emails. I’m not complaining about the high cost of returning the shoes, which is just part of the bargain with a site like this; I’m complaining about the fact that they kept my money for something I returned. This was for order Order #113-3749917-5458641 and Order #113-4826337-7617040.

Nightmare service, counterfeit goods?
Bought a pair of leather gloves for 90 dollars, wore once or twice and they are all lumpy and creased up- they seriously look deformed. I’ve had cheaper gloves that I’ve worn for years that don’t look like this. I see many reviews saying they sell fake merchandise- I would not be surprised if these gloves are fake. Been in dispute with them since November because they don’t want to refund me for a defective, possibly counterfeit product. Although they are owned by amazon, their service cannot compare. I would avoid.

“Quality apparel”
It's the best marketplace for buying brand clothes and sneakers for tasty prices! There are tons of discounts and it's far easier to me to enter the website and purchase something rather than attending official stores and overpay. If there is such an opportunity to buy quality stuff without any need to spend lots of money, then why visit offline stores then? I also don't understand.

I ve spent more then 1 hour for one call tho te customer service and 30 min for another one. No-one recalled me back after saying "i will call you in 10-20min" The waste of time. The are not interested in clients spend 500 dollars on their site. There are a lot of much better solutions!)

I bought a pair of boots for $136. They were uncomfortable and I needed to return them. I've purchased in the past from 6 pm and I remembered return shipping was deducted from my refund and it was reasonable. Anyway, I printed the return shipping label and dropped it off at the post office only to discover I had to actually pay out if pocket for the return shipping. The cheapest option was $26. I'm angry and I'll never buy from 6 pm again because I'd rather pay more and have free returns which most companies now offer anyway. Buh bye, I hope you go out of business!

Great place to shop online.
My first purchase through 6PM.com was roughly 6 months ago and I've placed 3 additional orders with this company. Before my first order I had never heard of this company. I often compare prices online on which store has the cheapest prices, and 6PM.com would have some of the lowest prices for the items I was interested in. I rarely buy shoes for myself, since I have children I can't see forking out fifty to a hundred bucks on shoes. While browsing 6pm website for children's shoes I saw the wide selection of women's shoes that varied from boots to flip flops. I found narrowing my selection down very easy with 6PM setup, it's designed to weed out the items you can't afford and aren't interested in. I didn't hesitate when I ran across a pair of boots for under 20 bucks, checkout was easy after I signed up through 6PM. An added bonus was the free shipping, this was the main factor in placing my order, seldom do I find stores who offer free shipping and offer low prices. I recieved email confirmation and within 3 days my boots arrived on my doorstep. The item was as the description stated and I loved the boots. Now I find myself checking daily on the clearance section. The items will sell fast is the only downside. This is a great place to shop for quality items at a low affordable price.

Really good discounts and Free Shipping
I was shocked when I first discovered 6pm.com because the prices were so good on the Clearance items and they offered Free Shipping (which I'm a sucker for!). Their sizes seem somewhat limited in the Clearance selection (which is to be expected), and they do some price switching fairly often it seems. It's happened to me a few times that I put some items in my cart only to find the price raised in the few days that followed. I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or if it's a ploy to get shoppers to buy faster? I'm not sure, but almost every time it's happened to me (and we're talking like four or five items) the price never seems to have come back down. I declined to purchase the item every time except once. What has impressed me most was last February when I ordered a super cute moto jacket for $21, I was disappointed when it didn't come in on Saturday thinking I'd have to wait for the following Monday to get it. Much to my surprise (and delight!) the jacket was delivered on Sunday! I didn't even know this was a possible. Lots of selection and great Clearance deals make 6pm.com one of my top picks for shopping.

I won't deny that 6pm has some pretty good deals, from some pretty big names. Personally I have scored some decent things at closeout prices by shopping on 6pm, but I have also had some trouble with customer service after placing these orders. The good: The website is actractive, easy to use and clean. Ordering is usually a quick process. You can usually get really good deals. The bad: customer service is iffy. Daily deals run out quickly. Sometimes shipping takes a lot longer than expected. The bad aren't unforgiveable, and the good for the most part outweighs the bad. I'm not completely in love with the website, but I also don't hate it. I could honestly take it or leave it, and to me there are other websites with better deals. So personally it's not on my top online shopping lists. But I do still use it when looking for certain items. Product Selection I give 6pm a seven/ten for product selection because while they have a lot of selection of different products, the items themselves sell out rather quickly.
Discount upscale clothes
This is a great site for finding clothes, shoes, and accessories at a discount price. My wife loves to wear boots, and it was recently looking for a present for her as it approaches the cold season. I was able to find great deals on both Nine West and Ugg that I could not find elsewhere. I would highly recommend this site if you are looking for classy products but don't want to break the bank in getting them. Ease of Use The site is well sorted by categories of products (dresses, denim, shoes, boots, etc) as well as who they are for (men, women, kids). Once you are looking at a particular product, it is easy to narrow my many choices (size, brand, design, price, etc). This site has some of the best navigation tools of any site I have ever been on. Product Pricing The prices are still higher than cheaper brands, but for big brand names that can be very expensive, I was able to find several good deals at up to 50% off the regular retail cost.
Great Prices!
I have been eyeing a pair of Michael Kors Fulton moccasins for probably three years. Everywhere I would see them, they would be around $100, and if the store did offer a coupon, it never would apply to Michael Kors brand. Well, then I discovered these same shoes on 6pm.com, and, they offer coupons that apply to ALL brands - no exclusions that I noticed. So, the coupon would take a $99 pair of shoes down to about $75, which is a great deal. I find that 6pm has great prices on top brands, and I am extremely pleased with this site. I don't like that they don't have a View All button so when I find a style I click through a million pages and wait forever for them all to load. I'm a little disappointed by the lack of selection in the wider shoe styles but always is a little tricky to find good shoes for a wider foot.

Overall I rate this site a 9 because they have a GIANT selection of name brand items, including high end designers. Brands are often around 50% off. I have used this for Mara Hoffman (which lets be honest, has similar designs from year to year). They also have big names like coach, Jimmy Choo, Stuart Weitzman; as well as sporting brands like Nike and Adidas. I also like that the website tells you the models statistics and what size she is wearing so you can guess how things run a little better. Product Selection This website has a giant selection of brands and each brand has a giant selection of merchandise. This is a great go to when I you need a last minute dress or outfit for something fancy and you don't have anything in your closet and you don't want to spend too much money. Product Pricing I have seen mark downs as high as 75% Shipping and Returns Not a huge fan of the return/shipping policy; however, it isn't horrible. You have 30 days to return an order. They do not send you a receipt that you check off what you want to return. Instead, you have to log in and complete the return info online. After, you have to print a packing slip. Things like this frequently delay me as I don't always remember to get around to it. They also do not provide a shipping label. You need to go to the post office or delivery service of your choice and take care of that on your own. This can be annoying for us city dwellers who like to avoid long lines at the post office/UPS by bringing packages with labels directly to the delivery man on the truck (yes you can actually do that).
